Graduated in Veterinary Medicine, he improved his knowledge in the food sector obtaining in 2012 the Master in Agribusiness Management at the Catholic University of Milan, the only one in the agro-food field accredited by Asfor (Italian Association for Managerial Training).
Over time he also had the opportunity to deepen his knowledge concerning legislation on food labeling.
graduated with 110 cum Laude in Japanese Language and Literature at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italian excellence for the study of oriental languages. She continued her academic training at Ritsumeikan University of Kyoto. In the Warai Project her passion and knowledge of Japanese culture find the ideal professional outlet.
thanks to a long and consolidated experience as a sales and export manager at one of the leading Japanese wholesale food companies, he has extensive knowledge of the industry, from raw material to transformed products, which he puts at the service of the Warai Project.
